WHY THE SEALANT FINDS EVERY LEAK

Airflow Dynamics
When air is forced under pressure through a duct system, it naturally escapes through every available opening. The sealant particles, suspended in that airflow, are carried to these escape points automatically — no manual targeting required.

Particle Adhesion
At the precise moment air makes a sharp turn to exit through a leak, particles collide with the leak edges and adhere. They build up layer by layer until the gap is fully sealed - like a clot forming naturally on a wound.

Real-Time Monitoring
Throughout the sealing process, a computer continuously measures system pressure and calculates remaining CFM leakage. When leakage stops declining, the system is sealed. This removes all human estimation from the equation.
